What size is right? A Top Spinner spins on a bearing that should fit nicely between your first and second knuckles. Closer to the second knuckle. These things are light. The Small one weighs in at a mere 7.3 grams (a nickel is 5 grams). Medium is 7.8 grams and Large is 10.1 grams. 

If you are a kid, or a small adult who can wear fancy gloves, you should consider a SMALL.

If you are a lumberjack or feel very uncomfortable in economy seating, you are probably a LARGE.

Everyone else, you are probably a MEDIUM.
